About the Journal

Founded in 2002 DISKURSUS-Jurnal Filsafat dan Teologi STF Driyarkara (ISSN 1412-3878; e-ISSN 2580-1686) is an academic journal that publishes original and peer-reviewed works in the areas of philosophy and theology. It also welcomes works resulting from interdisciplinary research at the intersections between philosophy/theology and other disciplines, notably exegesis, linguistics, history, sociology, anthropology, politics, economics, and natural sciences, as long as the works demonstrate either the role of philosophy and theology in developing these fields of study or the influence of these sciences on philosophical and theological reflection. 

Published semestrally (in April and October), DISKURSUS aims to become a medium of publication for scholars to disseminate their novel philosophical and theological ideas—written in Indonesian or English—to scholars in the same fields, as well as to the wider public. The journal is published in open access by Lembaga Kajian Filsafat-Teologi Sekolah Tinggi Filsafat Driyarkara in Jakarta, and it is free for readers & authors.
